Le CROQUE is the classic French bistro.

We use an Artisanal French Bread: Le pain au levain, the traditional Jambon de Paris Lean, low-fat whole-muscle pork is slowly cooked, carefully seasoned before being sliced “en chiffonade”, Emmental (imported from the Alps), a classic bechamel and some Harissa (Tunisian spice for the kick that Southern Californian expect in their food)
